TN Visa (USMCA/NAFTA)

H-1B Visa
The H-1B is the most common work visa for tech professionals. It requires employer sponsorship and is subject to an annual lottery cap. Plan ahead — the process can take 6-12 months.
O-1 Visa
For individuals with extraordinary ability or achievement. If you have significant publications, awards, or industry recognition, this could be your best option.
